Description
¶1 Larry Egleston appeals from a judgment convicting him of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated (OWI), third offense, contrary to WIS. STAT.§ 346.63(1)(a). Egleston contends that his second OWI conviction cannot be used to enhance his sentence because he did not validly waive his constitutional right to an attorney in that prior conviction. Because we conclude that Egleston knowingly and voluntarily waived his right to counsel, we affirm the order denying his motion to collaterally attack the prior conviction and the judgment of conviction.
