1 Joseph Ellefsen appeals from a judgment of conviction of theft of a firearm and from an order denying his post-conviction motion alleging ineffective assistance of trial counsel. He argues that his trial counsel was constitutionally deficient for conceding guilt on two counts during closing argument. We conclude that Ellefsen was not denied the effective assistance of counsel and affirm the judgment and order.
