MEMORANDUM DECISION REDESIGNATED AS OPINION GERBER, Judge Appellant-Petitioner Ingmar R. Ekmanis (Ekmanis) appeals from his conviction for one count of aggravated driving
while under the influence of intoxicating liquor and from the sentence imposed. He also seeks review, in propria persona,
of the trial court's summary dismissal of his petitions for post-conviction relief. Because we find that substantial evidence
supports his conviction, we affirm the judgment and sentence. Because his petition for review fails to comply with the requirements
of Rule 32.9(c), we dismiss the petition.
